Gil Elliott is the Managing Director and Founder of Positive Income Properties. Gil has a rich background in business consulting and property investment. All of these he gained in his nearly four decades of experience in the real estate and marketing industries.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business. He also has several professional certifications, including a Certificate IV in Property Services and Queensland Real Estate Agency licensure.

Throughout his career, Gil has successfully led various ventures. These include G and S Marketing and Positive Income Properties. The former had him managing operations across Australia and New Zealand. The latter focuses on providing low-risk, high-return property investments. 

He is dedicated to sustainability and protecting the environment. His dedication to sustainable building practices is evident in his latest endeavour, PIP Build. This venture specialises in affordable and environmentally friendly housing solutions.

Gil is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Managers and Leaders and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
